About the Artist—Heather Keew

Plant growth cycles captivate me with their ever-changing forms but predictable changes each season. I love making flower and verse watercolor prints from my observations that gives your space a welcoming, beautiful finish. My verse prints and cards are reminders of truth in daily moments as well as in the faith-building moments. Many of these paintings are made into note cards that you can use to celebrate and care for your loved ones or send a note of gratitude. 

Love for God and other motivates me to make art that reflects His character, works, and beauty as well as shows love to others with the comfort and delight that art brings. I was created to make, specifically visual art, and enjoy painting and drawing everyday between and in homeschooling my two older children and caring for my toddler.

Teaching art fuels my own exploration of art and gives opportunity for other artists around me to grow and gain confidence. I taught drawing and painting in university settings for 8 yrs and have taught drawing and painting group and private lessons to all ages from my home for the last 8 yrs as well as at my homeschool co-op. It is a joy to see my students grow artistically and increase their love of art.
